Okie dokie... so I haven't blogged in a while.. I've actually been busy can you believe that!?! So here is an update on life..
First, lets talk about school! I finished my Spring Semester of my first year of school! Now onto summer business classes! I started my next rotation at CAMC General division... it has been very interesting so far! My first year will be officially under my belt June 15th! Cannot believe how fast this is going! But ... I'm also very very very grateful it is moving by quickly!
Next, me and the boy :) Derek is hopefully closing on the house June 1st!!! yay! I'm so excited! I love this house and can't wait to call it home someday! Derek won't be coming down so much now that he has a house to take care of... :( However, I tend to do more school work when he isn't here so maybe that is a good thing! haha... but i still miss him like crazy!
This past weekend my friend from high school graduated from PA school!!!!!!!! I am so freakin proud of him I almost cried at his graduation!!! I know... I'm a bit nutso! Traci also came down to go to Charlie's graduation! We all don't get together very often because of all of our schedules. This was one of those wonderfully rare occasions where we could all get together to celebrate with Charlie! We then came back to Charleston and played games which was soooo fun! Here is a pic of all three of us!
Other random stuff: The organ man upstairs is at it again! There for a while I didn't hear it as much....... maybe because I wasn't here all the time... I don't know.. grrr.
Yay for thunderstorms!!!! However, when there is a flood across I-64 it's not so fun!
Ok... I don't know how many of you have seen the commercial for Booty Pop Underwear... but seriously!!!!!! WHO WOULD WHERE THESE!!!??? It makes it look like you stuffed your jeans with wash cloths or something! Its is like stuffing a bra... you just don't do it! If anyone would like some extra booty... you are more than welcome to pay for my liposuction and then we can just transfer it to you! That ad just drives me crazy! If you don't know what I'm talking about .. you can google it... haha.
We had a wonderful Young Adults Graduation Cookout yesterday after church! And not only did we have some great fellowship but I had the best dessert I have ever had in my entire life!! My friend, Stephanie, made this amazing homemade icecream cake!!!! I love ice cream cake.. and this was by far better than any ice cream cake bought anywhere! It is now my favorite dessert of all time! My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it!
